CANADA: Delivery is free for all orders over $80.00 before taxes. A flat fee of $5.99 is applied to all orders of $80.00 and less before taxes. Orders are delivered by Canada Post within 5 business days. Please allow extra time during the holidays and peak season.

Our warehouse prepares orders in 1 to 2 business days, then delivery is made between 2 and 3 business days, depending on the exact delivery address. Thus, our customers normally receive their order in 1 week.

The tracking number is automatically sent by our system once a shipping label is created on our side. The package must be picked up and scanned before becoming functional. It can therefore take between 24 and 48 working hours.
The delivery company varies depending on the shipping address. We always choose the company that can deliver your package as quickly as possible.
Most of the time, the delivery person will leave your package at your doorstep or in a safe place. In some cases, he may drop off your package at a pick-up location.
